Montana State University Billings steps into the future with dedication of new health sciences building

Montana State University Billings http://www.msubillings.edu/ has created a solution to one of the greatest problems facing the nation, Martin Bean told a packed house at the new health sciences building on the College of Technology campus.
"The world is more connected and competitive than ever before," he said. "One of the things we need to understand is that the playing field is leveling."
