Boise being considered for new Mexican consulate

There are indications that Boise may be in line for a Mexican consulate.
The Idaho Statesman newspaper of Boise reports Saturday that U.S. Rep. Bill Sali has received a letter from the U.S. State Department saying an application for a consular office in Boise is pending.
