Donation applications sought from nonprofits in many Montana counties

The Big Sky Combined Federal Campaign has opened up its campaign territory and is accepting applications from 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations in Big Horn, Blaine, Carbon, Choteau, Custer, Daniels, Dawson, Fallon, Fergus, Gallatin, Garfield, Golden Valley, Hill, Judith Basin, Liberty, Madison, McCone, Meagher, Musselshell, Park, Petroleum, Phillips, Powder River, Prairie, Richland, Roosevelt, Rosebud, Sheridan, Stillwater, Sweetgrass, Treasure, Valley, Wheatland, Wibaux and Yellowstone counties.

Last year, $230,429 was donated to nonprofit organizations through the Big Sky CFC. This is a yearly application process, and agencies that qualified in 2007 must submit an application for the 2008 campaign.

Applications may be downloaded at the Big Sky CFC Web site: http://www.usbr.gov/gp/cfc. For more information, contact Debbie at 406-252-3839, ext. 14

Mail applications to Big Sky CFC, 2920 Second Ave. N., Billings, MT 59101. The application deadline is April 14.
