A chef from Missoula is in the running for one of the most prestigious awards in the restaurant business as Paul Myers is the only chef from Montana who's being considered in this year's James Beard Award http://www.jamesbeard.org/.
Pigs are everywhere in Paul Myer's 515 Restaurant http://515restaurant.com/, and quite fittingly, he's admired most among 2,000 other chef's vying and frying for the Best Chef Northwest award.
