Survey finds support for early education in Idaho. Montana, what do you think?
| February 26, 2008 |
Backers of early childhood education in Idaho who want the state to pay for pre-kindergarten programs are touting a recently released survey as lawmakers consider early education bills.

It also found that half of those polled think early childhood education is affordable and available now, though Idaho law prohibits using public school money for children under 5. Programs that do exist in the state are paid for privately or with federal money.
