Noted Montana Economist, Paul Polzin calls it quits
February 24, 2008 /
After 33 years of touring the state and giving economic outlook presentations, Paul Polzin is trading in his career as an economist for life as a retiree.
Polzin’s official retirement date is set for June 30, but he plans to keep working for the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of Montana for another year. That means he’ll probably be doing one more outlook tour.
"They’ll get one more year out of me," Polzin said.
