The Butte Local Development Co. sues Sheep Mountain Electric over loans

The Butte Local Development Co. http://www.buttemontana.org/ has filed a lawsuit against Sheep Mountain Electric, claiming the business owes the development organization $409,862.38.
Sheep Mountain owner John David Evankovich stopped making payments about a year and a half ago on two BLDC loans worth $310,000, according to documents in Butte district court.
“(Evankovich) got way behind on his loan payments,” Jim Smitham, executive director of the Butte Local Development Co. said Friday.
