“We have been behind the curve on this, but it's a problem that is occurring nationally,” said Dr. Tom Roberts, the clinic president. “It's finally here, and it means that it's very difficult for us to hire certain kinds of doctors. If we didn't explain that to patients, that's unfortunate.”
