PakSense technology, New CEO comes home to Boise, Idaho

David Light, a former Boisean and a California angel investor, went to a forum last year to hear from companies needing money. After he heard a pitch from a Boise company, he went to work for it instead.

Light is the new CEO of PakSense http://www.paksense.com/ , which makes a sugar-packet-sized label that monitors the temperature of food during shipping. He succeeds Tom Jensen, founder and then CEO, who wanted to focus on research. Jensen is staying on as chairman.
