North Idaho lakeside town, Sandpoint attracts eclectic startup businesses

Once tied to the ups and downs of the timber industry, northern Idaho's lakeside town of Sandpoint is flourishing with new businesses.
Over the past seven years, the county's employment base grew by 26 percent, far outstripping the 12 percent population gain.
Nearly one-third of the 3,000 new jobs created were in manufacturing.
