They were men, mostly. Some were handsome. They wore their best suits and tried to develop a rapport with the person at the other side of the table — in seven minutes — in hopes that they would see them again.
At Wednesday's "Speed Pitching" event at Salt Lake Community College, entrepreneurs laid their hearts on a table before angel investors, who had the choice to begin a relationship or reject them.
