Companies buy manufacturing plant in Billings

Companies from Texas and Canada have purchased a former manufacturing plant here where they plan to fabricate pipe and other refinery components, officials said.
The idled Holland Loader property, which includes three buildings and more than 14 acres, was purchased by Berry Y&V Industrial Contracting of Calgary, Alberta and Bay Ltd. of Houston, said Al Koelzer of NAI Business Properties, which handled the sale.
