Coldwater Creek expanding Coeur d'Alene, Idaho facility call center

Even as its stock was dropping to four-year lows and 10 percent of its North Idaho employees were being laid off, Sandpoint retailer Coldwater Creek http://www.coldwatercreek.com/ is moving ahead with construction of a new, 100,000-square-foot office building and an 18,000-square-foot addition to the existing 60,000-square-foot call center.
"It will be a better environment for the existing workforce," said Jeffrey Parisian, Coldwater Creek vice president of administration.
