Cancellation of Steve Running speech in Choteau, Montana sparks debate

Choteau school officials spent last week trying to explain to local citizens and state and national media why the superintendent canceled a speech to high school students by high-profile climate scientist Steven W. Running.
Superintendent Kevin St. John along with Running, board members and Choteau community members were called for comment by reporters with the New York Times, The Missoulian, The Great Falls Tribune and The Associated Press, to name a few.
