Centre for Innovation Launches Global Innovation Portal

This Portal is designed to provide a single point of access to data from around the world relating to measuring innovation performance. The site will be updated regularly as new information becomes available.
The site includes links to original sources of data [e.g. Statistics Canada], compilations of data [e.g. the National Science Foundation] as well as more analytical reports [e.g. Alberta Innovation Scorecard]. It also includes a section on benchmarking methodology.
Our definition of innovation is quite broad, and it includes many social and economic factors that affect innovation performance.
