Shane Coleman, Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigator Named Partner of Holland & Hart

Holland & Hart LLP http://www.hollandhart.com , the largest law firm based in the Rocky Mountain West, elected Shane Coleman into the firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2008. Coleman is a commercial and intellectual property litigator in the firm's Billings office.
Coleman's practice includes prosecution, acquisition, licensing, and litigation of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has represented clients before Montana state and federal courts, the Montana Supreme Court, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and administrative agencies. His litigation experience includes intellectual property, construction, employment, bankruptcy, and other commercial disputes. A Montana native, he earned his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law and his B.S. in electrical engineering from Montana State University.
In addition to Coleman, five partners were elected across the firm's 14 offices.
