British company plans Boise call center

WDS Global expects to fill 600 jobs by year's end. Boise officials think the pay rate may not appeal to many.
By the end of 2008, Boise could be home to 600 new call center jobs.
WDS Global http://www.wdsglobal.com/ , a British company with U.S. offices in Kirkland, Wash., said it is opening a Boise customer service center in February.
The company contracts with cell-phone providers and handset manufacturers to provide technical support for their customers.
