We are looking for an economic development director for our newly formed economic development group, Lovell Inc.
We are looking for some one with experience economic development, not community development. We need a director with a back ground in business, finance, and/or economic development. Must have dynamic people skills.
Lovell is located in Northern Wyoming, and is nestled in the Big Horn Basin surrounded by the Mountains. We have all types of outdoor recreation. From summer water sports, to fishing, hunting, hiking, and 4-wheeling, if you like the great outdoors, we have it all. We have a great school system, with excellent student/teacher ratios. There are also many extracurricular programs and activities for youth like sports, drama, dance, and music. The current Town government is very progressive and has recently appropriated $300,000 to Lovell Inc. for economic development. For a small town we are experiencing a significant amount of housing construction. There is no state income tax and we have very favorable corporate requirements.
We are looking for a director that wants the benefits of living in a rural community and is willing to help a new economic development group get off the ground.
