Classes in Great Falls, Missoula, Bozeman and Billings offer tips on how to get into public service in Montana

Plunging into public service can be daunting to newcomers. The Montana Electric Cooperatives' Association, Montana Chamber of Commerce and the Montana Credit Union Network are holding day-long classes to help potential candidates learn the ropes.
The Campaign Academy is based on national curriculum and covers a variety of topics, from campaign finance rules to demographics.
Campaign Academy 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Feb. 4, Great Falls at the Montana Electric Cooperatives' Association office, 501 Bay Drive.
Feb. 6, Missoula, Hilton Garden Inn.
Feb. 7, Bozeman, Gallatin Gateway Inn.
Feb. 8, Billings, Hilton Garden Inn.
