Montana Supreme court says employee contract not enforceable

The Montana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that an employee's noncompete contract can't be enforced in the state.
The court says that Montana law is tough on contracts that restrain trade, such as noncompete agreements that restrict an employee's job opportunities after leaving the current employer.
