The International Wildlife Media Center in Missoula Plans Makeover through challenge grant from M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust.

The International Wildlife Media Center http://www.wildlifefilms.org has received a grant that will – literally – change the face of the organization. This week, the nonprofit center, which is headquartered in the old Roxy Theater at 718 S. Higgins Ave. in Missoula, announced it has received a $50,000 challenge grant from the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust.

The grant – which comes with the condition that the center raise an additional $15,000 from the local community – will go toward creating an entirely new facade for the Roxy Theater. According to Janet Rose, executive director of the IWMC, the new facade is necessary both for cosmetic and structural reasons.
