A new incentive program for small businesses in Montana is officially underway and one of the aims is to help rural entrepreneurs.
Bootstrap Montana http://www.bootstrapmontana.org/ is designed to loan money to business owners in rural areas where marketing can be tough and also to help build their business and spur economic growth.
