The Conference Board, a nonprofit nonpartisan business resource, today announced the launch of its new Employer-Practices Locator http://www.conference-board.org/know ... rkforce.cfm , a free Web-based database that enables employers to locate examples of specific actions companies have taken to address the challenges presented by the mature workforce.
