Studio Manager:
If you have a passion for direct and production art, we want to talk to you. Need to have strong people skills, killer computer skills and pre-press knowledge. Duties include managing workloads and assisting Studio Artists with problem solving. Need strong production knowledge to determine what is needed from other departments so the Studio Artists can perform their job efficiently. Need to have good design sense and experience with printing and separation guidelines to ensure the release of accurate computer to plate digital files. Need experience in producing digital keylines from creative layouts, prepping files to meet specifications of printing and the finishing process, creating comps and folding dummies, preflighting jobs for file integrity. Must know InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat like the back of your hand. Proficiency in usage of FTP applications and other digital workflows with understanding of traps, bleed and color gain a must.
