Montana Resort owner looks for buyer. Moonlight Basin

The owner of the Moonlight Basin http://www.moonlightbasin.com/home/ resort says he is trying to sell all or part of it to raise money for completion of facilities in the resort's master plan.
Lee Poole said he intends to continue managing Moonlight Basin regardless of the ownership.
A new master plan that Poole's design team completed during the summer calls for about 1,250 new homes, a five-star hotel, new ski lifts, high-quality housing for the resort's projected 1,200 employees and completion of a golf course.
