Request For Proposal – Montana Indian Business Alliance – Web Site Development and Maintenance

The Montana Indian Business Alliance (hereinafter “MIBA”) is accepting proposals to provide ongoing development and maintenance of MIBA’s Web site (hereinafter “the Work”). The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation process for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which the contract will be awarded.

2. PROPOSAL GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

This is an open and competitive process. The proposal must contain the signature of a duly authorized officer or agent of the company submitting the proposal. If you wish to submit alternate solutions, please do so. The cost proposal you quote should be inclusive. Provisions of this RFP and the contents of the successful responses are considered available for inclusion in final contractual obligations.

Proposals received after 12:00 pm/noon MT, January 18, 2008 will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

3. CONTRACT TERMS

MIBA will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by the MIBA executive committee, and the Work will be awarded upon the signing of the contract which will outline the terms, scope, budget and other necessary items. The initial contract term will be for one (1) year from the date of execution of the contract by both parties, with the option to renew for a subsequent year or years with approval from both parties.
