Montana's SIV investments called into question

Thirteen billion dollars; that's how much money the state has put into investments to finance public retirement programs, and also generate revenue for other areas of state government. Now, a major financial news organization is questioning the safety of some of those investments, which are worth almost half a billion dollars.
