A Montana man with a background in regional and community economic development has been selected as chief executive officer of Forward Cody, the private-public economic development initiative.
James Klessens of Joliet is currently the director of Two Rivers Authority, the city of Hardin's economic development arm. He also has worked as coordinator of the nonprofit Beartooth Resource Conservation and Development Area, covering a five-county region in central southern Montana.
