Management skills are important. Also management "beings" are important. Just how would a VC evaluate the management when all of the workers are "managers"? The frame of reference is a limited liability partnreship whereby all workers are owners and all owners are workers. We are all on the "profit" side. Mondragon Coopertive Corporation is a highly successful, global, 14 billon (2004) company in Spain which follows the worker/owner model.
