REC Silicon is recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Human Resource Generalist/Administrator. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field(s). Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources as a Generalist. Demonstrated HR and labor law knowledge, ability to lead manage and develop subordinates, recruiting and labor relations. Strong communication (V/W) skills.
