Planning an Incentive Travel Program is More Beneficial Than You Think

Imagine your employees lounging on a white sand beach, drink in hand, basking in the success of their recent sales numbers. Or maybe they’re mountain biking in the Andes, or people-watching in Paris.
If your company promised employees rewards like these, would they work harder?
Many employees say they would. In a survey by the Incentive Travel Buyer’s Handbook, 83 percent of respondents said travel was an effective to extremely effective motivator for them to increase performance.
