Naming unmet need may not be enough for start-up

After two decades working in the asset and property management areas of commercial real estate, Nancy Roach noticed a common issue many suburban office complexes and business parks regularly faced.
"Every time you needed something repaired you had to call a different vendor, whether electrical, plumbing or mechanical," said Roach, who six years ago founded Strada Real Estate Services Inc. in Westmont to exploit this niche.
