3 partnerships bidding to win $8M to $10M project
GE Commercial Finance is in such a hurry to open a Billings office that three architectural firms and builders are designing a building and five Billings banks are trying to finance the deal before a lease has even been signed.
Three design-builder teams made the Oct. 24 deadline to present their professional qualifications and the Nov. 1 deadline for a proposal.
