SuperValu will outsource 180 technology jobs to India, including some from Boise

SuperValu, which bought most Albertsons grocery stores a little more than a year ago, is shipping about 180 information technology jobs — including some in Boise — to India.

The company notified affected workers Tuesday, SuperValu said. It declined to say how many jobs in Boise, where Albertsons was headquartered, are affected.
