Idaho Cities Cascade, Riggins and Boise work on water parks

As the snow accumulates in the upcoming months, city planners and their consultants will be hard at work planning water parks for additions to their cities' recreational offerings.
Cascade, Riggins and Boise are all in various stages of making water parks available within the next few years, as is the South Fork Landing housing development along the South Fork of the Payette River.
