Montana State Commissioner of Higher Education Sheila Stearns heard an earful at a public forum Friday.
Ready to listen to issues surrounding higher education in Montana, Stearns and other education officials heard Bitterroot Valley residents focus on a single issue: the creation of a community college in the Bitterroot and the University of Montana's effort to create a higher education center in Hamilton.
