Much of the Rocky Mountain West region has experienced more than 15 years of virtually uninterrupted economic expansion and the labor force of the region has grown to accommodate ever-increasing levels of employment. However, labor demand is steadily rising faster than labor supply and this is tightening labor markets throughout the region.
