The Montana Manufacturing Extension Center http://www.mtmanufacturingcenter.com is organizing a charter opportunity for manufacturers to prospect for ideas and solutions side by side with peers and coaches in a two-and-a-half day total immersion event in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Dec. 10-12. Entitled "MMEC Gold Nuggets in Manufacturing Tour & Symposium," the event will be under the guidance of MMEC coaches and George Keremedjiev, who's expertise spans more than 25 years in manufacturing technology and international management consulting. Keremedjiev is principal of Tecknow Education Services in Bozeman.
Particpants will benchmark growth strategies against companies that started out small and are now World Class, making parts for the automotive, furniture and electronics industries worldwide. This is an opportunity to mine for new ideas in a stimulating environment far different from their everyday experience. In addition to tours, attendees will spend time with peers and coaches while enjoying fine food and chartered transport between tour sites, and conclude with a dynamite half-day symposium featuring an executives panel, strategies and best practices presentation and discussion focused on processes and techniques that work.
Continuing Education credits for the event are being offered through Montana State University.
