Earl-Fisher Bio-diesel is recognized by Bear Paw Development

Members of the Bear Paw Development Corporation http://www.bearpaw.org/ were in Chester on Thursday to talk to local officials and to tour the Earl-Fisher Bio-Diesel facility. Bear Paw Development has been in on this concept since it was originally proposed, and there was another reason for the visit!
