The University of Idaho plans to attract more grad students with bigger stipends

The University of Idaho wants to attract the best graduate students, and is using $300,000 of its own money to do that.
Margrit von Braun, dean of the UI graduate college, says the school plans to increase the stipends offered to graduate students.
