Internet disruption in Polson, Montana frustrates customers

Tami Avison couldn't place her food order to Spokane, had to turn away customers who wanted to purchase anything with a credit or debit card, and paid extra to the technician who keeps the computer system at her Cove Deli up and running to tell her what she probably could have guessed.
For the third time in the last few weeks, her high-speed Internet service from Bresnan was down again for several hours.
“It's driving us crazy,” Avison said. “This is the third time in a period of four to five weeks, and the last time it lasted two to three days. It's costing us business.”
