Montana World Trade Center hosted trip to South America pays off for many Montana businesses

A recent trade mission to South America resulted in millions of dollars in new contracts - and millions more in potential deals - for nine Montana businesses.
The trade delegation, organized by the Montana World Trade Center http://www.mwtc.org in Missoula, returned in late August and has spent the last few weeks firming up their new international agreements, said Arnie Sherman, the trade center's executive director.
“International business is based on relationships, and if you can't maintain the relationships the deals get lost,” Sherman said.
