Ammo bid under fire: Butte TIFID board questions history of A-Square.

Following an announcement last week about moving ammunition company A-Square to the Tax Increment Financing District questions are prompting officials to perform more due diligence.
TIFID chairman Charlie O’Leary said comments posted on The Montana Standard’s Web site, as well as an anonymous letter sent to the board, raised concerns about Kentucky-based A-Square’s background and its $920,000 request for TIFID funds to build an 8,000-square-foot building.
