Northern Rocky Mountain Economic Development District (EDD) is seeking a Program Assistant.
This is a part-time (30 hours per week) position, with future opportunity to go full time. This position provides bookkeeping duties (using QuickBooks software), office management, clerical and administrative assistance to the EDD Board, Director, and partners.
The Program Assistant is responsible for providing financial management for the Northern Rocky Mountain Economic Development District and Northern Rocky Mountain RC&D Area, Inc. A High School diploma or G.E.D; and two years of related bookkeeping experience utilizing QuickBooks software is required, with formal QuickBooks training desired. The well qualified applicant will have a good working knowledge of accounting principles and experience with small business or other economic development areas, including assistance in grant and loan applications.
Compensation will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience.
