Montana Puts Stock in Work Force Training
State, federal funds used to train new and incumbent employees.
The state of Montana is investing in work force training programs in its efforts to attract expanding and relocating companies. The Montana Department of Commerce (DOC) is targeting the workforce training grant programs to projects that can demonstrate tangible, measurable results involving employees working in the businesses that are receiving assistance.
There are currently two programs that are principally focused on providing job training grant funds to companies.
