Eagle, Idaho firm, Sky Detective says tracking devices will hold their signals, regardless of location

A suspected stalker can't get close to his victim without Garden City police knowing immediately, thanks to new tracking technology from an Eagle-based company.
Sky Detective http://www.skydetective.com has provided two types of tracking devices to the department — an ankle bracelet called the Offender Ankle Device and a smaller cell-phone-sized device dubbed the SD20 Cargo/Package Tracker that can be placed in a car or other container to track movement.
