Montana Awards $11 Million Contract to L-1 Identity Solutions for Digital Drivers Licenses Solutions

L-1's Solution Will Integrate Previously Unlinked Activities to Decrease Identity Fraud Related to Driver's License Issuance
-L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc. , a leading provider of identity solutions and services, has received a seven year contract with an estimated value of more than $11 million from the State of Montana, Montana Department of Justice, Motor Vehicle Division, to provide a digital driver's license issuance system that integrates multiple identity-centric processes for ensuring that driver's license applicants receive a secure and unique driver's license or State identification card. Montana expects to produce more than 1.3 million secure credentials over the life of the contract using the new system.
