As Great Falls White Sox groundskeeper, 69-year old Billy Chafin uses a shovel to contour the Centene Stadium pitching mound into shape during long hours, eight months a year.
"Billy C" recently rebuilt the mound to exacting standards with 166 clay bricks, at a cost of $2,000 to the local club.
