Micron to trim 130 more jobs. The new round of layoffs will bring the total to more than 1,100 by the end of this month.

By the end of the month, Micron Technology’s Treasure Valley layoffs will top 1,100 workers.

The Boise-based company notified state officials this week that it will lay off an additional 130 workers at its main Boise location on or about Aug. 30.
