The WIRED MAP Academy will be held at the MSU Northern campus August 14th-16th. The agenda for this event is attached. Please note that the final half-day, August 16th, is only for WIRED grantees.

Networking Activity
Everyone will be assigned a number when they register. This number will be used to coordinate the networking activity.
Each participant will visit the networking center during the break that corresponds to their assigned number. Upon their visit to the networking center they will receive material (packet or cards) and a description of the activity They will fill out the cards and return them at the next break Information collected will be: Ag Value add/ Alt Fuel areas of interest, region, capabilities you bring, 5 key people in your region or area of interest you are connected with.
This information will be placed on a large MT map based on your region, interests, and resources you bring to the table.
After the conference the diagram will be delivered to participants electronically as well as a list of key individuals you should be networking with.
This information will be utilized to break individuals into the roundtable discussion groups at the end of the conference.
